The original Balthazar was opened in New York City by Keith McNally in the spring of 1997. The London edition is located on the corner of Russell Street and Wellington Street in the heart of Covent Garden, just down the road from The Royal Opera House. Housed in the old Theatre Museum, in a building called “The Flower Cellars”, Balthazar shares space with The London Film Museum.
